During my career I spent 5 years as a state licensed residential real estate appraiser. Why is this important to you, as a seller? As a buyer? As a seller I know precisely how to price your home, not only to sell, but to appraise once a contract is received. As a buyer, I know what an appraiser will look for in evaluating the home you choose to purchase. In short; this means I can save both sellers and buyers a lot of heartache, stress and time.
I grew up in and graduated high school from Yukon and attended UCO in Edmond. I have lived in Oklahoma for almost 40 years; my family moved here from Wisconsin. I’ve had the privilege of traveling all over the country, and am always very proud to be an Okie. We simply have the nicest, most caring and wonderful people in the country! I am married and now reside in Edmond. We share 5 children together from ages 16-22. We are a very close family and spend a lot of time with relatives. We enjoy camping and boating on Lake Texoma in the summer and fanatically watch football in the Fall.
